4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
The placement of an order on the PEHNAVA website shall not constitute automatic acceptance of such order.
PEHNAVA reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing inaccuracies.
- Payment verification failure.
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
- Technical or system errors.
Where payment has already been received in respect of a cancelled order, an appropriate refund shall be issued where applicable.
5. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are ordinarily processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours following confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending upon customer location, courier availability, and other operational considerations.
PEHNAVA currently provides shipping services within Pakistan only.
Applicable shipping charges shall be displayed during the checkout process.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and shall not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
PEHNAVA currently accepts the following methods of payment:
- Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Direct Bank Transfer.
- Credit and Debit Card Payments.
- Other approved online payment methods, where available.
PEHNAVA reserves the right to verify payment information prior to order processing.
Any transaction considered suspicious, fraudulent, or otherwise irregular may result in cancellation of the relevant order.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CLAIMS
Returns, exchanges, and customer claims shall be governed by the PEHNAVA Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
In summary:
- Eligible products may be exchanged within seven (7) days, subject to compliance with the applicable policy.
- Products must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original tags and packaging.
- Customized, altered, intimate wear, or sale items may not qualify for exchange.
- Returns based solely upon a change of preference shall not ordinarily be accepted.

8. WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER CLAIMS
Eligible products are covered by the PEHNAVA Seven (7) Day Quality Assurance Period in respect of genuine manufacturing defects.
Claims must be reported within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
PEHNAVA reserves the right to inspect all products submitted for claim evaluation and shall determine claim eligibility at its sole discretion.
Approved claims may result in:
- Product replacement.
- Product repair, where applicable.
- Exchange.
- Store credit or refund, where deemed appropriate.
9. USER OBLIGATIONS
By using this website, users undertake:
- To provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Not to misuse, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality or security of the website.
- Not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.
